Over 50 Years’ Experience

Sammut Harvester & Hydraulics has been serving Mackay’s sugar industry since 1990. The overall experience of our team equates to more than 50 years combined. Our team specialises in hydraulic repairs, mechanical servicing, and field work for agricultural and civil industries. We are distributors for Fuchs Lubricants and work on John Deere, Cameco, and Case Austoft equipment. Our team are able to provide reliable maintenance for all hydraulic equipment.

Led by business owner Dave, our team consists of 4 fully qualified diesel fitters and 2 apprentices – all trained within our fully-stocked workshop. Dave brings a wealth of experience to the team, starting as an apprentice in 1974 at B & C Motors – where he worked on tractors, trucks, cane harvesters and earthmoving equipment.
